It's quite easy. We figure out how many and which machines you need for your event or party. We make sure you have the power required to operate the machines. We bring the machines and set them up for you. Then, just enjoy. We'll provide simple instructions on how to refill the machines if necessary so that you can do it yourself. At the end, we come by and pick up the machines. Done.

All of our machines except one run on standard 120v outlets. You can plug them in to a standard outlet and they will run. You want to make sure that the outlet provides 20 Amps. Most households and establishments have this available. It must also be a dedicated circuit, which means that nothing else can be plugged into that circuit.

The Taylor C161 Two Flavor "Twist" Soft Serve Machine requires a 240v 20 Amp dedicated outlet. Some households have this available. Most retail, commercial and industrial establishments have this available.

It is important to make sure that you will be able to power the machine before renting.

Yes! The machines can be powered by a generator and we can provide one. We have the Honda 7000 Watt Inverter generator for all your party needs.

Yes, all of our machines are quick and easy to setup and don't require much maintenance. With a few basic instructions, you can safely and effectively operate the machine.

All of our machines are easy to setup and can be ready to serve in about 15 minutes. The chocolate fountain takes a bit longer to put together and melt the chocolate.

Soft Serve Ice Cream

The single flavor machine makes about 2 servings per minute. You can serve about 100 guests per hour. The two flavor machine serves about double that. The machines can dispense more servings per minute, but they will need a few minutes to recharge.

All other machines are less limited in their serving capacity. Once the product runs out, every machine can be easily refilled and ready again in less than 15 minutes.

Yes, they are perfect for the outdoors. However, it is ideal to keep them out of direct sunlight. Under warm temperatures the machines may not work as well or produce product as fast.

Yes, we do! If you need some basic tables, chairs and canopy tents, we've got you covered! We also have heaters as well.
